Refunds & Returns

If you encounter an issue with a Wheel Wizard product that you have ordered from thewheelwizard.co.uk – please contact us via our contact page. When you contact us please provide a full description of the issue, alongside your order reference number. Photographic evidence may be requested.

Items eligible for a refund or return must have been purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days, must be unused and must be in the original, unopened packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to The Wheel Wizard. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing error, which will require proof of postage. A Wheel Wizard representative will confirm this before return and postage will be reimbursed.

Please allow up to 5 working days for parcels to reach, once received we will confirm with you before processing your refund or replacement. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.

Payment

Total price of products plus delivery is determined by chosen delivery method. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer, if payment authorisation is refused, The Wheel Wizard is not liable for delay in goods being sent or non-delivery.
